On line check in paid off as we sauntered past the main queue to drop our bags. Flight was on time if a trifle lumpy. The sun rose to reveal a cloud covered Arabian/Persian Gulf. As we landed the runways had some gently steaming standing water. We could have been back in Glasgow.
With over 5 hours between flights we could take things at leisure, starting with a cooked breakfast. We must be getting closer to India as the tea was delivered with a jug of hot milk.
Dubai Airport really does have just about everything. Edward Snowden would have been much better off here.
